Throughout his career, Jon has worked with a wide array of clients, including Yahoo!, People TV, NBC Universal, Nickelodeon, Travelocity, Collective Eye Films, MAK Pictures, Getty Film, Oracle, Organic, WAG Entertainment, 60 Minutes, Harvest Creative, Hint, and Beverly Boy Productions. He has collaborated with renowned TV hosts such as Bill Maher, Charlie Rose, Ree Drummond, and Richard Bangs.
In 2019, Jon directed, produced, and edited the award-winning feature documentary Uncommon Allies, currently available on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Roku TV, and VUDU. In 2016, Jon produced Beyond Laughter and Tears, a feature documentary directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Doug Blush.
While at Yahoo!, Jon played a crucial role in establishing the company as a leader in original online video production. He directed, edited, and produced five original webisode series focused on topics such as travel, lifestyle, subcultures, music, news, and politics. One of his notable achievements was creating a video profile of the President of the United States in the White House Roosevelt Room, the first time a sitting president had conducted an interview exclusively for the internet. The project received global attention and millions of video streams.
In 1998, Jon served as a video producer for the world’s first e-commerce website featuring broadcast-quality film footage. The company was acquired by Getty Film in 2000.
